Orders and Payments.
- When you finished selecting the items you wish to order from our website click on your shopping cart, review your items, and then proceed to checkout. After that, you will be asked for details including your name, billing address, delivery address, contact number, email address, and payment details.
- If you are provided with, a user identification code, password, or any other part of information as part of our security procedures, you are required to keep such information confidential, and please do not disclose it to any third party. We have the authority to impair any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use in our reasonable opinion.
- If you know or doubt that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password you must inform us immediately.
- Your order will be accepted proceeding with a confirmation email from us which will include details about your order. At this point, you are bound to be in a contract with us and we will take payment in full. If we are unable to accept your order, we will email you accordingly.
- All prices on our website are displayed in Indian rupees.
- Product Prices are as displayed on our website and can be changed without notice.
- If any item is priced incorrectly we have the right to supply it at the correct price and for that, we will inform you before delivery.
- Discount codes are stand-alone and are not able to be used in conjunction with any other code or offer available at the time unless advised otherwise. The Lush Plushh Company has the right to stop, cancel, or withdraw a promotion at any time. Discount codes do not apply to any pre-order items.
Our Products.
- The images of the products on the website are for display purposes and we have tried our best to illustrate every detail of all our products. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, unfortunately sometimes the device displays the colors slightly different than our original product. Your product may vary slightly from the original images.
Delivery.
- Your items will be delivered to the address specified on your order under “delivery address”. The delivery cost will be displayed to you on the website. (Delivery is free within India and for international delivery charges please refer to our delivery information page).
- Lush Plushh aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed, are dispatched within 2 to 3 days and will delivered to you within the next 7 to 8 working days for all domestic orders, for international orders it takes 10 to 15 days. However, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
Returns & Exchanges.
We do not accept any returns but we do accept exchanges in certain cases:-
- For international orders no returns no exchange no refund.
- We have rigorous order processing systems in place to ensure each order is packed and delivered with care. However, if there are any concerns regarding the order, a return request email needs to be sent with supporting pictures to support@lushplushh.com
- The product must be unopened/unused to be eligible for returns.
- The request will be reviewed by us and if necessary, an exchange or store credit may be initiated by us. We do not provide refunds.
- Lush Plushh reserves the right to decline the request if found ineligible.
