Lush Plushh aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed, are dispatched in 2 to 3 days and will be delivered to you within 7 to 8 working days. However, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. 

As soon as the order is shipped, we will mail you the details of the order with the courier company and tracking number. After that, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier company. If you face any problem regarding delivery you can email us at support@lushplushh.com we will help you out as early as we can.

 

Shipping cost:

Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders from outside India, orders under $190  are charged INR 1500 per kg (approx. USD 20) and orders above $190 are shipped free.

 

Delivery time:

From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-8 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach you. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

If order dispatch is delayed:

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@lushplushh.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

 

You can track your order:

For orders within India, when your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.

After your order is dispatched from our warehouse you can track the status of your package within 24 hours. We take 15-20 working days to ship international orders from our end. 

 

Customs & Duties:

Any customs or import duties are levied once a package reaches its destination country. Any hidden or Additional charges for customs clearance or duties must be borne by the client only. These charges are beyond our control and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.

 

Order cancellation due to certain reasons:

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and can be canceled from our side.

Lush Plushh has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

In some situations, your order can be canceled due to:- 

• Limitation of quantities available for purchase.
• Inaccuracies or errors or omissions in product or pricing information.
• Sometimes we may also require additional information or verification before we accept your order.

We will contact you if your order is canceled from our side or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled from our side then the charged amount will be reversed back to the Card used to make the payment.

 

Change of delivery address:

We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you need to change your delivery address after purchase then you will need to contact the courier company.
