Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges.

We do not accept any returns but we do accept exchanges in certain cases:-

For international orders no returns no exchange no refund.
We have rigorous order processing systems in place to ensure each order is packed and delivered with care. However, if there are any concerns regarding the order, a return request email needs to be sent with supporting pictures to support@lushplushh.com within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unopened/unused to be eligible for returns.
The request will be reviewed by us and if necessary, an exchange or store credit may be initiated by us. We do not provide refunds.
Lush Plushh reserves the right to decline the request if found ineligible.
