Returns & Exchanges.
We do not accept any returns but we do accept exchanges in certain cases:-
- For international orders no returns no exchange no refund.
- We have rigorous order processing systems in place to ensure each order is packed and delivered with care. However, if there are any concerns regarding the order, a return request email needs to be sent with supporting pictures to support@lushplushh.com within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unopened/unused to be eligible for returns.
- The request will be reviewed by us and if necessary, an exchange or store credit may be initiated by us. We do not provide refunds.
- Lush Plushh reserves the right to decline the request if found ineligible.
